Ordering out of stock items
Most items we carry can be ordered. We hand make the majority of our products. Please allow 2 weeks manufacture time on items marked with "Woodbury Original". The only exception would be one of a kind colored gemstones. Please call us so we can check with our stone dealers to see if we can find a similar gemstone.

Items we order from vendors may take 2 - 4 weeks to arrive. Please call us to order and we can let you know approximate manufacturing times and prices. Prices are subject to market prices and changes.

Cancellations - We do offer refunds within 24 hours of purchase.  You will be refunded the original amount paid less credit card fees.


No Refunds - Exchanges Only within 30 days

We strive to give each of our client's a superb shopping experience and will strive to make you happy with your purchase. Please reach out to us if you are not satisfied.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.  Custom, Engraved or One-of-a-kind jewelry is not returnable or exchangeable.

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds or exchanges are granted (if applicable) Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Exchanges (if applicable)
Once your product is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.  If you are approved, then we will issue you a gift certificate to be used in our store or online.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email via the contact section and send your item to: Woodbury Jewelers, 421 Main Street, P.O. Box 1491 Park City UT 84060, United States.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send an exchange to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.



Shipment processing time
We hand make our jewelry, so please allow approximately 2 -3 weeks for manufacture if item is not in stock and is an item we manufacture.   Some items will need to be ordered and may take longer to get in stock.  If items include “one of a kind” stones, we may not be able to find a replacement.  Please call us before ordering for availability, pricing and a timeframe for delivery 435-200-8098.   

Please keep in mind when shipping that once the package leaves our hands, we cannot guarantee shipping times.  These will vary depending on the following factors: 

                            Holiday shipping times might be slower,  Natural Disasters can change or slow shipping times, Shipping strikes

All our packages are insured.  Please reach out to us if your package does not reach you and we can help try and track the package and file a claim if needed.

We will update you on shipping estimates and tracking numbers.


Domestic Shipment Methods

We will ship Domestically (USA) in the following ways:


1)        First Class 2-7 days without a signature if value is under $1000.  When shipping without a signature, you agree to not hold Woodbury Jewelers accountable for the package after it is marked delivered.

2)       First Class 2-7 days with a signature for any item under $1000.

3)       Priority 1-3 days with a signature for any item under $3000

4)       Priority Express 1 -2 days with signature for any item.  Items over $3000, will require an adult signature



1)       2 day Air

2)       Next Day Air

All UPS or FED EX shipments will require a signature.  Items over $3000 will require an adult signature

International Shipment Methods

International Shipping Costs Can Not Be Calculated Until After The Order Is Placed:

For All International Orders Please select In Store Pickup for the shipping option and someone will follow-up with you on our Calculated International Shipping Prices ASAP.  If you decide to accept the shipping charge, we will void the original order and invoice you for the original amount plus shipping.

Some countries are not available for shipping at certain times.

Please keep in mind you are responsible for customs and duty fees when the product enters your country.  This is an additional charge not included in our price or shipping charges.

We will ship Internationally (outside of the USA) in the following ways:

USPS - Items under $1000 to Canada only

         Priority Mail 


1)       UPS World Wide Express 1-2 days (Next Day Canada, 2nd Day Europe and So. America, 3rd Day Asia, Africa and Middle East)

2)       UPS World Wide Expedited 3-5 days

UPS packages are for items under $50,000 - Some shipping types are not available for some countries


1)       International Economy 2-5 days

2)       International Priority 1-3 days

FED EX packages are for items under $2500


Woodbury Jewelers is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us and we will contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods and photo them for filing a claim.
